Carousel Fine Art x Milieu: Atlanta · Collaboration
We're teaming up with Milieu, the luxury game table maker, to hang three paintings by Chance Cooper and Eric Alfaro in their Atlanta showroom. The works are part of Milieu's new showcase at the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center.
Meet the artists: Chance Cooper & Eric Alfaro
Chance Cooper is based in Los Angeles. His paintings are full of playful characters, and each canvas feels like a page torn from someone's life. He leaves the ending to you.
Eric Alfaro is a Cuban artist based in the United States. He paints with a spatula, building thick, tactile layers of color. His florals and water gardens feel close enough to touch, and they sit between modern and contemporary painting.

About Milieu
Milieu makes luxury game tables by hand. The company has been at it since 1928, with more than two generations of table makers behind the work.
Their idea is simple. A game table is a reason to put the phone down and gather. Milieu describes it as a way to "disconnect to reconnect," and they build with that in mind, from the first detail to the delivery.
The collection includes the Nouveau, Lunada and Allison billiard tables and the Gigi table tennis table. You can see them in person at the showroom in the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center, or explore the full collection at milieu1928.com.
