Why Art Staging
Staged homes consistently outperform unstaged ones on both timeline and price, industry data from the National Association of Realtors and others points to faster sales and stronger offers when a property is staged well. Art plays a specific role in that: it creates a focal point in listing photography, signals that a property has been cared for, and helps a buyer feel like the home already belongs to someone with taste, rather than looking like inventory.

“There’s a level of prestige that comes with having original art within a property; it elevates the perceived value. Architects builders and developers are looking for distinguishing elements that bring exposure, and they are realizing what a great marketing art can be.” –
Stated by Coldwell Banker / Home & Estates Magazine.

Staging faq
Does art really help a home sell faster or for more?
Staging in general is well documented to help — NAR and other industry sources report staged homes selling faster and often closer to or above asking price. Art specifically strengthens listing photography and helps a space read as finished rather than generic.
Do you sell the staging art, or only lease it?
Both. Staged artwork can be purchased outright, leased for the duration of the listing, or purchased directly by the buyer at close.
What types of properties do you stage?
Listed luxury residences, vacant properties, new-construction model units, and commercial or hospitality properties positioning for sale or lease.
How far in advance should we schedule staging?
We recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead of your target photography or listing date to allow time for curation and installation, though we can accommodate faster timelines when needed.
